There is a buzz that Samsung G600 launched by them is giving tough competition to Nokia N95, Sony Ericsson K850i and Sony Ericsson K810i. Now the fact is that if we don’t compare the features and functionalities of phone with the other phones we cannot assert it. Well let us leave Sony Ericsson series and compare it with Nokia N95. Samsung is known for their surprise with their new models. Well Samsung G600, have some features, which can really give tough competition to the contenders. First, the phone has a 5-mega-pixel camera with auto focus and zoom capabilities. It has a large screen of 320×220 pixels of resolution. The 2. 2-inch LCD screen can monitor images and graphics of 16 million colours and slides out the QWERTY keypad for all the functions of texts, emails and other documents. The quad band phone supports Internet connectivity with WAP 2. 0 XHTML and NetFront HTML, and EDGE facility. The phone really does well to satisfy its customers and it’s a great phone for those who love photography. Samsung G600 has a built in Fm radio, Blue tooth v2. 0 and A2DP, internal 55 Mb memory which can be expanded with a microSD card of your desirable choice, good sound quality and many more. Well now, if we draw the comparisons with Nokia N95 we will notice that Nokia beats the phone in many features, which Samsung G600 couldn’t provide. The phone has the same caliber for photography, video shooting, Internet connectivity, and others. But, when it comes to the matter of HSDPA internet connectivity for high speed, a GPS navigation system with maps of more than 500 countries, TV out option, Carl Zeiss Vario-Tessar optics with Xenon flash, Samsung G600 obviously gets beaten. The phone could have been more suitable with these features installed in it. Only then, it can be said that the phone gives tough competition to its contenders. With one or two features equivalent to rivals cannot make them better than the existing one. Well let’s hope that Samsung very soon includes these features in their high-end phones and give a real competition to it contemporary brands with sophisticated mobiles. Overall, Samsung G600 is a good phone but it can be better if the brand wants to make it so.
