It is used when one has just pennies of credit remaining, (not enough to make a call or send a text) and needs to spend the balance to qualify for free weekend calls/texts.
It’s actually for my dad. He has 6p credit and needs to waste it by midnight or he’ll fail to qualify. He has an old basic phone without internet capacity.

I’m talking about their price plans. . .
I have tried all the networks in the UK apart from vodafone, and have resisted because I personally feel Vodafone UK is so OUT of touch with the UK population. But am I right?
